1 Hotel transfer – Kathmandu Airport (Pick Up and Drop).
2 4 nights hotel accommodation (3-star category) in Kathmandu on bed & breakfast plan- Double Bed Room.
3 International Air cargo clearance of Member`s Personal Luggage & Payment of Government taxes in Nepal. (*before expedition).
4 Expedition Royalty and permit of Chinese Government (CMA / TMA) to climb Mt. Everest via NNE Ridge.
5 1 Government Liaison officer in Tibet with full equipment, salary and accommodation.
6 Garbage Deposit fees.
7 $1500 USD Per Climber standard rubbish collection fee.
8 Medical & Emergency rescue Insurance for all involved Nepalese staffs during the trek and expedition.
9 Road Permit and Visa arrangement for Tibet including visa for all members and Nepalese staffs.
10 Member transportation: Air Transportation (Members): Flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa (one way) with one guide. Land Transportation (Members): In a group drive by Jeep from Lhasa to Chinese Basecamp via Thingri. And while returning Drive by Jeep from Chinese Basecamp to Kathmandu via Khasa/Kerung Border. (In case, if member have to return earlier than the team due to personal reason, member have to pay their own transportation cost up to Kathmandu.) Land Transportation (Staffs): Drive by Jeep from Kathmandu to Chinese Basecamp via Khasa/Kerung Border and while returning Drive by Jeep from Chinese Basecamp to Kathmandu via Khasa/Kerung Border.
11 Transportation of All Necessary expedition equipment & Foodsfor all Members and Staffs from Kathmandu to Basecamp (by Jeep/Truck) - Basecamp to Advance Basecamp (ABC) by Yak. – While returning: Advance Base camp (ABC) to Basecamp (by Yak), Basecamp to Kathmandu (by Jeep/Truck).
12 Up to 70 Kg per member for personal baggage during the expedition period carrying by Yaks. If luggage exceed 70 KG then extra Yak is will be required. ($300 USD Per Yak and carry 40 KG).
13 3 meals a day (BLD;including tea and coffee) along with accessible accommodation at Hotel/Lodge/Tent (twin sharing basis) during the trail - Single room is subject to a charge. Well-managed base camp & ABC set up for member & Staffs.
14 Yaks for the transportation of member personal luggage (70 Kg maximum) and expeditions stuffs from Chinese Basecamp – (ABC)Advance Basecamp –Chinese Basecamp.
15 Experienced and well-trained Base camp / ABC Cook & kitchen Helpers as required.
16 All Nepalese staffs & porter’s daily wages, salary, equipment, foods & clothing.
17 Each member will have individual Yak Mountain or Kailas tent in Chinese Basecamp & Advance Basecamp
18 Foam mattresses and pillow per member, 1 Dinning Tent, 1 Kitchen Tent, 1 Communication tent, 1 Toilet & 1 Shower Tent, 1 Staffs Tent, 1 Tent for Nepalese basecamp staffs, Store tents, Tables & chairs & all necessary cooking gears.
19 Heater for each Dining and other necessary camp.
20 1 Solar panel and Generator for lights at base camp, battery charge, for laptop and other electronic devices.
21 High Altitude Climbing Sherpa
22 Climbing Sherpa Salary, Equipment, Food and Clothing.
23 Carry Bonus of Sherpas and Route Fixing Charges.
24 Summit Oxygen: 5 oxygen bottles (4 ltrs.) for each member and 3-oxygen bottle for each high-altitude Sherpa, which has to be return after the expedition.
25 1 Set of Summit Oxygen mask & regulator for each member and high-altitude Sherpa, which has to be return after the expedition.
26 Back up Oxygen Cylinder, mask and regulator (with appropriate charge).
27 1 Rescue sled (Gamow bag) for emergency.
28 High Altitude Tent, Necessary cooking EPI gas, cooking pot, High food for member, Sherpa and other crews at (C1) (C2) (C3) and (C4). Group climbing gears, fixed and dynamic rope during the climbing period as required.
29 The team of experienced Sherpas will fix the route to summit (no extra charge will be applied to members).
30 Satellite Phone for emergency communication carrying by Sherpa, also available for members with appropriate charge.
31 Walkie –Talkie for communicating from Base Camp to Mountain and Mountain to Base Camp.
32 Walkie-talkie permit for all members and staffs.
33 Internet Service.
34 Weather forecast report from Meteotest, Bern (Switzerland) during the entire expedition.
35 Comprehensive Medical kit for the group and staffs.
36 Everest climbing certificate issued by CMA (after climbing Mt. Everest successfully).
1 International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
2 Nepali Visa fee $60 USD per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days $ 120USD).
3 Lunch & dinner in during the stay in Kathmandu (also in case of early return from Trekking / Expedition than the scheduled itinerary).
4 Extra nights’ accommodation in Kathmandu. In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled
5 Extra Night in Lhasa and extra jeep transportation from Lhasa.
6 Travel and high-altitude insurance, accident, helicopter medical & emergency evacuation. *Mandatory
7 Medical and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Helicopter, Medication, Medical Tests and Hospitalization costs.)
8 Telephone Calls, Internet, Toiletries, battery recharge, hot shower, laundry, soft drinks, beers and any Alcoholic beverages (during the trek and in Kathmandu but we will serve soft drinks for members at the base camp).
9 Clothing, Packing Items or Bags, Personal Medical Kit, Personal Trekking /Climbing Gears.
10 Special Filming, Camera and Drone permit fee.
11 Soaps, shampoos, toilet and tissue papers, toothpaste, and other items used to keep yourself clean.
12 Not included during the trek and expedition.
13 Summit bonus for climbing Sherpa- Minimum 1500 USD.
14 Tips for Guide and Basecamp staffs.
15 Per yak its $ 300if required Extra, (1 Yak can carry up to 40 KG).
16 Satellite permit $ 500 / per.
17 In case, if member have to return earlier than the team due to personal reason, member have to pay their own transportation cost up to Kathmandu.
18 Any other services or activities, which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
